This company markets software that they claim "can be installed in minutes on any bluetooth enabled phone to monitor any other bluetooth enabled phone." They claim it works on all phones.including the IPHONE. All you have to do is download the files they provide to your computer, and then simply transfer the files to your phone via a usb cable. They state that this is an easy process, and assure you that they will provide any technical support needed. I received their download, and then discovered that there is NO WAY to transfer the files from my computer to the iphone PERIOD. Then I find out the only way to contact customer support is via email. View my results below. I would not recommend buying anything from these scammers. All they do is keep repeating the same stupid response. THERE IS NO SUPPORT! Do not buy anything from these crooks!!! Tar files from the desired Application. 2.install the software that came with your phone to enable you to transfer the files. 3. Connect your cell phone with the phone software trough a USB wire. 4. Upload the. Jar and. Tar files to your phone using the filemanager. Important to remember - Reset phone as the program can otherwise freeze and not load successfully. You basically say that all you have to do is download your product to your computer and then install it on your phone and you will be able to monitor any target phone. You state "works on every phone including the iphone". I purchased your product. I downloaded the info onto my computer. To begin with there are several folders. The directions provided as to what to do with the folders are not very specific at all. There is no simple way to transfer the files to my iphone. As far as I can see, to even attempt to transfer the files to my iphone, I would have to jailbreak my phone, which I do not know how to do, it would void any warranty issues on the phone, and would not enable any future software updates from the manufacturer. None of this is explained on your website. If I am wrong about any of this, and if someone there is capable of helping me make this work, that would be fine. The thing is I bought this product over a week ago, have deen unable to do anything with it, and email support on something like this is more than frustrating. Just download and then transfer to your phone. I intend to put this software on my iphone and want to use it to monitor another iphone. The only way of making it work would be to jailbreak the phones wich 1. I do not intend to do to my phone and 2. I couldn't do it to the other phone if I had to.in your ad you state it will work on any bluetooth enabled phone. You shouldn't have to jailbreak the phone in order to make it work, and if you have to you should tell everyone before they purchase it.
