Paid for a service that hacked my computer in which the company stated I needed the specified program to clean unwanted malware in my somputer system

A screen popped up on my computer stating I should download a program to my computer to help eliminate malware. The cost came out to 94.93, and the software they had me download into my computer was a virus. I had to restore my entire computer because they hacked my computer. My bank refuses to dispute the charge because it is not over 100.00.
