I am a website developer and internet technology professional.
Often I have the displeasure of working a client's website that is hosted with this Absurdly Bad HOsting "non-service" company! It is always a nightmare, that only ends with much loss of sleep, wasted time, head banging, and when I get the client to move to a new host, so that I can actually finish their site.
This last episode that has me HERE writing this:
$54 charged to my client for an "upgrade" for their already overpriced "basic hosting plan" could run PHP (that's only for higher-level members you see!)
THREE WEEKS Later... I'm STILL banging my head on the wall, phone calls to tech support, emails back and forth... *begging* them to get their CGI/PHP engine working right for this client. It's amazing! They keep telling me that this is a "complex technical issue requiring higher-level server admins to 'study the problem'.
