On 5/12/09 I opened a basic web hosting account with M6 because they offered a refund after if you weren't happy within 30 days.

After I signed up and looked around, I decided I didn't like the tools and hosting plan so I decided to cancel. I opened a ticket with there help Desk and was told my account would be cancelled but that I wouldn't receive a refund until 90 days (they gave me an excuse about fraud).
The ninety days was up on the 20th of July and still no refund. I have sent the billing department several email with NO reply. I would like my refund and not happy with there advertisement of a 30 day refund when its really 90 days.
I have sent many emails asking for the refund and left messages and I get no response! I filed a complaint with the BBB. I should have checked with the BBB first because they have and "F" rating because they did this to other consumers. Lesson learned I guess
