Magicjack.com Did not provide technical support, not able to call out nor recieve calls, not able to use their pre-paid long distance calls. Talk to a live chat and they did not address all of my concerns

Hit the Road Jack! And don't you come back...
I bought this product to save money and in return it gave me a headache. I spent $90.00 for a five year plan. I am sending my magic jack back for sure. I cannot believe that the CBS3.com suggested this as a good buy, shame on them consumer reports they should reinburse our money! I did tell Mr. Jim Donovan in an email that he should have looked into it thoroughly before exposing this product to a vast majority of people, I asked if he had one, and wrote obviously not.
Problems:
Trouble recieving calls
Trouble calling out
Trouble calling out on my pre-paid long distance
Bad reception
No customer service
Can not reach any technical support
Live chat discontinued chat after one problem was fixed
Could not reach Live chat through Magic Jack
Had to go to google to find live chat in the first place.
