Won't Give Refund on a New Defective Laptop

I bought an Apple, because I believed the hype that it would crash less. However, it crashes constantly—way more than my Dell. The wireless card does not work a few feet away in my bedroom even though my Dell worked in there just fine. I backed up my data on DVD Rs and DVD RWs to transfer to the mac. However, the mac cannot even read the DVDs. Apple tech support could not figure out how to resolve it. Furthermore, it does not even come with a S-video port!

Never buy Apple products. I have dealt with much frustration. Apple won't even stand behind their products and offer a refund!
