I signed up, and then canceled 30 minutes later. The Intelliflix DVD inventory seemed good while browsing, but when I began placing items in the queue, on each and every one of my selections, they alerted me that the movies were in high demand and probably would not be available within 30 days. After eleven such alerts (one for each movie I placed in the queue), it became obvious that Intelliflix was not able to deliver on their promise of a large inventory of movies.

I currently have Blockbuster and Netflix, but decided to try other companies for comparison.intelliflix was a terrible choice.

Next, I tried to cancel my subscription and prevent it from being activated at all. No luck. No customer phone support available. And in their email support replies, a complete unwillingness to work with the customer in any way.

So, I filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General.in my searches for information about the company, I also found out that they had previously received complaints and were already under investigation (Google "Florida Attorney General Intelliflix" for more information).

In addition, I filed a mail fraud complaint with the United States Postal Service. And then I filed a complaint with my own state attorney general. And eventually, I'll file a small claim suit with my local district court. (Note to consumers: don't ever stop making them bleed if they screw you!)
