I purchased an online yahoo small business store recently. Only hours after my purchase when trying to set up my store did I notice that it did not offer south african currencies to be listed. I immediately requested for my store to be terminated. I have written numerous emails and given multiple requested consents but their client services turnaround time is appalling and their answers are robotic, scripted and not in the least bit helpful. For me this has been the equivalent of a scam as no further progress has been made in this regard. They have given me a number to call but I refuse to call them as I am in south africa and cannot afford that kind of call. Its been a deeply frustrating experience and I highly advise anyone against using yahoo web hosting as they have not yet enabled me to terminate my account.
