On October 31 I ordered a product from this company with a total charge of $66.85. I did not receive this by the 10th of November so used their message board to inquire as to the product arrival. I received no answer to this inquiry so sent a message again on November 14. I was able to reach one person by telephone later on Nov. 14th and was told the product was on backorder. On November 15 I decided to cancel my order and sent an email to that effect (as couldn't reach anyone by phone). No response. On November 18 I again emailed my cancellation and request for refund and confirmation. No response.in the meantime the credit card had been charged. On Jan. 6 I received an email my order had been shipped. On January 25 I both emailed and left a message on their website that my order never arrived and I had not been refunded my money. I also left several telephone messages at their 1-800-555-2316 phone number (posted on emails and website). I have never received one response from the company, never received the product nor a refund.
