I visited this spa for some derma fillers and botox. The owner was from the middle east and obviously has his dislikes in terms of people he serve. But, he was not too prejudice to take advantage by not delivering the service promised. The botox was over diluted and the nurse who administered the dermal filler was just totally inexperienced. When I called back to complain that the botox did not work after the initial 3-4 day period and that the dermal filler was administered all wrong; first, the receptionist told me to come back whan she and the nurse would be there alone. She stated no one else would be there, not even the owner. I had read that this is the way they handle bad service. When I returned Cheryl admitted that with 5 units of botox under each eye, I should not be able to squint. She also said she would try to fix the dermal filler problem. After this the problem was worse than before. She referred me to a dentist to, get this, (KB) to fix a dermal problem she caused. I since learned that a plastic surgeon has to be present at all times dermal fillers are injected. There is a plastic surgeon listed on their website, but he is never there, or at least he was not there during my visit. I feel this man is a total ripoff and need to be put out of business. And, also doctors do not need to loan their name to these third rate salons in the name of CAPITALISM OR CAPITALIST PIGS.
