This purpose of this posting is to forewarn companies considering entering into business relations with Dr. Ricardo Reyes, a Miami-based podiatrist that offers the cryosurgery procedure, of the credit risks involved.
1/ On November 14 Dr. Ricardo Reyes entered into Agreement with Publicity Guaranteed, a PR agency which specializes in delivering guaranteed publicity on no-retainer, pay-for-results-only basis.
2/ Following the request of Dr. Ricardo Reyes and relying on their promise to pay for the publicity delivered, Publicity Guaranteed generated for them positive media coverage, including coverage on Univision TV, CBS and in Orlando Sentinel.
3/ Dr. Ricardo Reyes failed to pay to Publicity Guaranteed for the services performed, committing breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
We believe that Dr. Ricardo Reyes committed theft of services and advise other service providers to exercise caution when dealing with them.
