I have had two back surgery's and needed a third to fix the second surgery that failed. I was sent to this place by the Workers Comp Insurance Comp. And my verbal agreement that this was supposed to be the best and some place we both agreed upon and Who had already approved any operation needed to fix the second one that failed rare that the Workers Comp.insurance Comp. Pre. Approve I know. I seen there Doctor named Dr. Jack Zigler man what a joke this place was, first of all I was there 30 minutes ahead of my appointment, had already filled the pre. Patient forms out of the internet, and still waited a hour and a half to see this quack who said that I was fat, a pill head and just pretty much be whittled me in front of my wife. I am 7 foot tall and weigh 250 lbs. Thats not over weight and I was very much in shape before my injury, and only take Norco and hydrocodine prescribed buy my doctor once a week, that don't make me a pill head or over weight. You Dr. Jack Zigler our over weight and a joke sir, thanks for nothing and this place you call the Texas Back Institute you and your buddy's started is a joke and when you asked me if I am still on Workers Comp. I told you yes and you knew that they pre. Approved the surgery you told me well I really cant help you, I asked you if some one else could that works here you told me that only a few doctors here take Workers Comp. And that you just really feel like that I have been touched to many times for you. Well this is supposed to be the number one place for back injury's and surgery's with a number one staff in the world they are well recognized every where and you even reviewed my case and agreed to see me, well this place only wants easy fixes and private insurance because Workers Comp. Only pays the basic bill not this places fought I know but why do you take it then? Private Insurance pays every thing get the Picture! What A joke just stay away from here if you want a real back place or doctor go to U.T. Southwestern in Dallas, Texas. I was told that I would need to find another surgeon for me so I did man I am so much better now thanks for a waist of time Texas Back Institute and a one month waist in time to see you joke of a place.
