For $1500 I bought an "oxygen" generator that I thought dispensed pure oxygen. Little did I know, there is a difference between "recreational oxygen" and oxygen. I received my generator only to find that it produces 30% oxygen... Which is only 9% more than the air we breath on a daily basis.
I called the woman (Patte Purcell) who sold it to me to request a refund. I was told that her website does state that the generator is for "recreational oxygen" and I should have known what that meant. I foolishly had signed an agreement that stated "no refunds" and was basically told that I should have known better and that I was s#%^& out of luck.
Now I am stuck with a $1500 machine that produces air. Not only am I being scammed, but the millions of people (customers) around the world that are paying to use this machine in health clubs etc are too. Businesses could care less how much oxygen it dipsenses as long as they get that dollar-a-minute. I, being someone who was just going to use it for in-home personal use is at a much greater loss, and so are the people being fooled into believing that they are paying for and breathing pure oxygen.
