Denial of health insurance coverage, denied appeal process.internet, Several Stales

Denied health care insurance coverage by HUMANA. Went thru eHealthInsurance.com as primary application contact. Extensive medical history review process followed. Was denied coverage because of history of pre-existing conditions. Requested to appeal decision, was told on phone I could appeal as I had a right to. I requested address and fax number to submit My appeal thru My Doctor but was further denied the proper channels to do so. EHealthInsurance would not contact me to answer several repeated requests by email. I contacted eHealthInsurance by phone and was told of denial of appeal process, that Humana would not let me appeal their decision to deny coverage for me. I then told eHealthInsurance that I was being discriminated against, and that Humana just wants to insure "healthy" clients, and are committing fraud. I have never been denied health insurance coverage by any company before, and now thanks to Humana's selective customer base process, I now have to answer "yes" to the question "have you ever been denied health insurane coverage?" And we all know what that does. Makes our premiums jump sky-high. Self-serving process for some insurace companies, huh? I feel I have been treated unfairly by Humana, and hope to help someone else by making them aware of this process.
