Being charged for something i didn't order

I ordered 1 bottle of Purelife Cleanse on 11aug'15, website showing S$59.95 with free shipping. Upon entering credit card info, the confirmation didn't show what amount will be charged. After which I received a order confirmation, again no amount indicated, then another order confirmation came in for another product (Acai Ultra Lean) which I didn't order. Immediately I send a email saying I didn't order this, but no response for 3 days. I also send email asking why I'm charged S$128.50 and S$69.49 and said I want to cancel my orders. 4th day, they reply on the Acai Ultra Lean that order has been processed and shipped, so cannot cancel. I try talking to the "Live Chat" again, giving all the same thing, that I ordered 5bottles of the Acai Ultra Lean, cannot cancel. And then give me their terms & conditions of purchase, "refunds require a return of products, which include international shipping charges. There is also 15% restocking fee. So instead of paying these charges and losing the products, we are prepared to give a 50% discount on the products." But I told her I don't want to pay for something that I don't want to order, and want to cancel my order but she insist cannot. I feel this company is totally dishonest.
