We purchased TWO couches. They needed to be restuffed after only two weeks of use. Tech came and only did half the job. Somehow, they did not communicate what exactly needed to be fixed. Booking a time and day is always when it is convenient for them. Not us. We tell them we can be home for that date so they refuse to come out. They want the unit picked up! Ugh!!!
They are extremely unaccomodating. Very very poor customer service. The worst. I have dealt with a lot of furniture stores before and this is the first time with Ashleys and they are absolutely terrible. Garbage.
