THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT - Oh boy! buyer beware of renting furniture from here or buying their stuff that is unless you want bedbugs and roaches all in your home. After bringing home a couch we noticed a bug or 2 on/in the cushioning. Called and they said no way they have bugs because they just exterminated last week. My question was why exterminate if you didnt see bugs to begin with? The told me too spray the couch inside by cutting a hole in the bottom - as instructed I did and there were hundreds of little brown bugs in there. Then I was like NO! Im taking it back - then they wanted to charge me for the couch because I cut the bottom liner to spray in there as instructed. VERY RUDE and ARROGANT people that are out for one thing MONEY - ANYWAY THEY CAN GET IT - Just saying stay away these rental rent too own place are a huge scam anyway. You can save your money for 2 months and buy better furniture outright and save - If you are on a budget. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE THEY HAVE BUGS FOR SURE - ROANOKE VA and LYNCHBURG STORES
