Beware - "Horrible Business Tactics"

I chose to go to this company looking for high end furniture and what I received was low end service and potentially low end merchandise. I placed my order on 9/8. I was told my console with 2 pillars would be delivered that following Monday. I received a call that Monday at 7:30am to tell me that they would not be coming due to the manufacturer assembling the console backwards. The gentlemen apologized and indicated that he could not give me an ETA, however, he would be calling in the next 2 days. I never received a call, therefore, I decided to call Wednesday evening. I spoke to a women who indicated that the items were available and that she would put the delivery in for Saturday. I received a call again on Saturday, the second delivery date, a voicemail was left to be told that once again the delivery would not be coming. This time Robert indicated that one of the pillars was not available. Due to him calling this early the office was not open until 10am. I called and kept getting a voicemail. I called until someone picked up the phone. I talked to an EVA. She put me on hold to relay that one of the pillars was damaged. After expressing my anger and sharing with her that this was the second time and they cancelled on me on Monday. She tells me that they don't deliver on Monday's. (Not true, I have the phone records to prove it.) She shares with me that they one of the pillars was damaged which is why is was not available. Then I asked for her manager, and her managers manager. She became very combative with me. She told me to call back. I told her that they should be calling me back to resolve this, I am the customer. She told me that she would send her manager a high priority e-mail. No one ever called me... Not Susan Davis the manager at the Corporate Office. I called the Harshman Store where I paid for the furniture. I asked for the Manager. Terry said that he would take care of it and that he promised that he would call me back. Nothing. No call. I waited until 6:45pm. The store closed at 7:00pm. I called to speak with the manager and no one was available. Surprise Surprise. I have left a few complaints on their Facebook Page. No call. The have never returned any call made. As a matter of fact. I went and cancelled my order to get my money back. I will never ever purchase anything with them. I would recommend you to do the same. It is obvious that this company is not in the business to being helpful, customer oriented, resolution based, loyal, or committed. It also sounds like their merchandise is just as cheap as the low end companies. Don't waste your time or money.
