It has been 3.5 months since we bought a bed from this place. The original was delivered broken. A month later (after many many phone calls) they finally deliver a replacement. Today (9/15) was the scheduled 3rd delivery for the replacement. Delivery which they forgot to put in the books and was never actually being made. Which i did not find out about this error until i decided to call the store.
This place is a complete scam. Their employees are the most incompetent set of people I have every interacted with. With the exception of one young lady who unfortunately can not make anything happen for us due to utter incompetence of this place. They are unreliable, untrustworthy and no one should ever buy any furniture of any kind with them.
