I was shopping in the save a lot store located in charlotte north carolina. While checking out a manager called one of her employees stupid in front of another employee and customers. While the other employee laughed and along with a few of the other customers i found this very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional of the manager i believe goes by the name Sandra. This was also offensive not only to that one employee but to myself. I feel that no employee should have to suffer that sort of verbal abuse from her managers or co-workers. It does not help that another employee joined in the ridicule by laughing at that employee that was simply doing her job. I find it very alarming that individuals like this are hired for a management position in your stores, if employees are treated like this in front of customers, i can only imagine how they are treated when customers are not their to witness this kind of behavior.
