Eileen wayne stein is getting food stamps and it is declaring 2 kids, jordan john stein and chelsea lee stein that not reside with him and not have. The children reside using the grandparents on Timbercreek ln. He doesn't help the children by any means and it has been declaring them just since he's custody however they haven't existed with him
