Beware of this place—it is atrocious. They are nothing short of abusive to customers and bully and pick on them. I was bullied for ten minutes straight by every staff member here for asking for extra sauce, I was a good customer... For being a loyal good customer i was accused of complaining all the time - which happened once many months ago, even though i drove an hour just to go there. I used to drive an hour to go here, rave about it to all my family and friends. I even told them - i drive an hour to get here and u cant give me extra sauce for my drunken noodles? They purposely I believe gave me really dry unedible noodles so that i could complain as before i left a rude girl told me to check my order as if i complain alot - negative i only had a complaint months ago once, and now suddenly they are picking on me.
Every staff member harassed me picked on me bullied me including the tall thai older male who is supposedly the owner but i doubt it. These people are very disturbed and sick people - they have no ethics or morals. They use their positions as thai food workers to harass and bully good customers. I was shocked that i was being gang bullied by thai idiots who can't even speak english and they were picking on me insulting me and arguing with me non-stop. They tried giving me a refund several times but i said i wanted the food i drove so far to get... This is ridciulous. Even the crazy female cooks with their ugly hats came from the back to harass and yell at me saying THEY CANT MAKE MY FOOD ANYMORE. They gave 100 bizarre excuses and false reasons for this in order to bully and dominate me. They treat me like a problem customer when i was a GOOD loyal customer who came from an hour just to get their food. The people that work here are very sick mean and deranged people. Thai people in this country are twisted people. These are the worst - angry mean bitter vindictive and abusive to customers... Finally after harassing me for 10 minutes and consultation they decided to remake my order... They treated me so badly i cant even describe it. They are the worst kind of business and worst place... I will never go back...
All the thai females there and men literally stood there taking jabs at me for fun. Picking on me arguing with me lying to me putting me down... Crazy sick stupid nasty people... Cruel and sick people beware and dont patronize this place that harasses and bullies female customers who give them business...
