I purchased the RCA 7" dual screen mobile DVD player online THURSDAY 11-22 for $59. TWO days later, I received an email stating this item had been cancelled from my order because it could not be delivered to my address. I called the 1-800 # I found online & was told by spencer that the item was out of stock so my order was cancelled. He said over & over it was cancelled, sorry, etc. No offer to make things right, etc. I found this item in the store Thursday night & could've purchased it but I had already processed my order online & had no reason to believe it wouldn't be shipped until I was informed of that two days later, conveniently when the sale was over. My mother in law purchased the same DVD player AFTER me & hers has been shipped. Please explain this. Finally, I spoke with a man named Guy who said he was a manager. He told me to forget about my original purchase & HOPE it's on sale tomorrow for Cyber Monday & I purchase it early enough that it goes through this time. Please pull the call, this is no exaggeration. How can a manager's only option to help a customer be to HOPE it goes through next time of wait for the next sale? Why did it take 2 days to tell me it was out of stock? And why would my purchase be cancelled but one placed after mine fulfilled? This is unacceptable & something should be done.
