Ordered a generator on the phone from bill the general manager, got an invoice, charged my credit card. This is after i tried to email them about the item on ebay, so i called to ask a question then i was ready to go back to ebay to order but bill stopped me and said he could take the order, so i ordered a $5400.00 generator from bill on the phone bill tells me 2-3 week lead time on generator. I call him 5 weeks later to find out where generator is he tell me its going out early next week. I called him latter that week and he tells me that its going out on monday. Bill the general manager is a lying burnt piece of toast. I'm contacting ebay to tell them about bill jumping ship to take my order. Bottom line if you want to waste your time, get the run around, have your email not returned, even the ebay generated email not returned and wait 20 minutes plus to talk to bill the general manager also known as a liar. I'm also going to contact the attorney generals office/consumer fraud
