My company bought products from this Chinese supllier and when the order arrived we realised that there were many quality problems with what they had sent us. The Digital pianos all had a the same basic fault that they made a high pitched electronic sound when plugged in. Others had further problems which included: Uneven keys, dead speakers, faluty connectors, bad LCD screens. After having varios returns we made contact with the company who basically ignored the problems, promised in some cases to include the replacement keyboards in a future order but refused any sort of return. The electronic keyboards had several problems and these were only 20 units. After several emails they stopped replying and have now left us with several thousend Euros worth of rubbish. Bad company, bad post sales service and bad business ethics. Do not deal with this company.
