On Oct. 3rd I bought my wife a nook as a birthday present. Within 38 days, the nook would turn pages on it's own, or open a new book many pages into the book. I contacted Barnes & Noble about the problem and they offer ONLY to send a used Nook as a replacement, OR issue a store credit ONLY! At over $150.00 for an e-book reader, I feel this is shabby customer relations. BEWARE buying from Barnes & Noble!
