Poor customer service

Dane-Elec customer support or truly insufficient it. I bought a Dane-Elec

8gb thumb drive and also the drive failed. I tried calling by both email and toll-free range. Emails weren't delivered for more than 3 months. The toll-free amount went straight to voice-mail. The toll-free amount has become operating.

I finally got a RMA from Dane-Elec a week ago nearly per month after I'd approached them atleast 8 occasions without any results. How did I eventually obtain a return email? I visited their organization site and e mailed every area they've.

The website I purchased the merchandise from Buy.com waived their regular 14-day return policy and traded them.

The thumb drive worked nicely and that I such as the style but with terrible customer support I can't reccomend Dane-Elec. Buy.com about the other hand stepped-up and did the best part of this case.

If you should be looking to purchase a thumb drive, look for Kingston. They've an excellent item so when I acquired a faulty item it had been substitute rapidly with excellent customer support.
