Do not buy from this company! Yes, their prices are great, but you'll lose money for all the time you will spend on hold only to be lied to over and over again.
I place my original order on May 29.
Per their request, I confirmed my order on May 30. During this call the representative tried to sell me a "newer" and more expensive model.
June 13, having paid an extra $99 for 7-10 day shipping, I contacted them to find out the status of my order and requested a refund of my expedited shipping fee. No reply, no answer.
June 16 I receive a "thank you for your order" e-mail followed by a "call to confirm your order" e-mail. I patiently wait to get a representative who has no idea about the May 29-30 order and confirmation.
June 23 my credit card is charged for the full amount which includes expedited shipping.
July 2 I patiently wait to get a "manager" who apologizes and says my order has shipped and I should have it in 2-3 days.
July 9 I patienly wait to get a representative who tells me that my order was entered on June 25th, that they don't offer expedited shipping, that shipping takes 7-14 days, and that she can't give me any shipping information.
My order eventually arrives... Via courier!!!
I am going to pursue a refund of my expedited shipping, but am not holding my breath.
