Ripoff decieving customer service bad business practice

1. I did not get the product that I ordered, when I needed it.

2. They did not ship the product on the day they were suppose to.

3. They did not contact me that they were unable to ship the product.

4. I was notified by e-mail after 2 weeks, Only after I asked my order status, only to find out the product was in back order, and unavailable until march.

5. I was advertised to buy other products that I was not interested in, and I was offered immediate refund or more expensive product for more money. I requested refund immediately.

6. They did not give the refund, instead advertised ANOTHER product, and asked me if I wanted that product or the refund. I asked for the refund.

7. Regardless of my statement, that I want a refund, that I have already purchased the product from another vendor, they still ordered it.

8. They lied about saying the product was ordered, and did not give me the tracking number.

9. They 'said' the product was shipped already, but provided no tracking number, or if the product was shipped on 26th of January.

10. Their response is slow, lacking information, and constantly decivied me that the product was shipped, even when it wasn't! They never refunded the money.

Very bad business practice
