I prepayed for a vending machine from Joe Koch and he cashed check right away but never delivered the vending machine. When I contacted repeatedly he told me it was my problem. When I said I'd speak to my lawyer about this he told me to "go ahead."
Horrible business. I would not recommend any business with Joe Koch, Vendsales.net, Quality Vending, Dale or Patricia Koch. They are all scam artists who stole my money. I am out $2600 dollars and for nothing to show for it. If you google them you will see a lot more complaints in various states. I wish I had done more research before paying them.
They are known for bad merchandise, bad customer service and for stealing people's money then repeatedly lying to them about refunding them. They have many company names probably for that reason so if you think this might be the vendor you are working with, I would suggest purchasing elsewhere. I had originally saw on Craigslist so I hope this review reaches others in time from making the same mistake i did.
DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY ARE NOT WITH THE RISK.
