I bought a part that did not work and tried to get replacement or refund but got no response.
On Oct 5 I bought a part for air purifier (RCI/PCO Cell for FreshAir 2 with ozone) for $68.90+ $7.95 for shipping for total of $76.85.
A week After receiving the part and installing it, it stopped working. I called EcoQuest and left them 3 voice mails in the next 3 weeks with no response from them. Then, I emailed them about it stating that I never got response to my 3 voice mails and they replied that they will call me back.
I got a call and they requested me to send the part back. I asked them first to send me the replacement and they said that they need to check and will call me back.
I never got a call back even after leaving 2 voice messages.
