We were pressured into buying a filter queen vacuum, supposedly with a lifetime warranty. We were told that the price for the vacuum and Air filter would be $2000.00. We purchased these items in April af 2003.
Our first statement said $3000.00 to pay off. We assumed it was the interest and when we called we were assured that it was only $2000.00. The vacuum worked for about a month then started not picking up. We sent it in for repairs, they tried telling us that it was not warranteed. I fought them and they fixed the BEARRINGS in the vacuum. Now the vacuum is not working again.
Now with 11 months of paying our balance is $2818.46 another RIP OFF for defective products.
