They have started taking money out of my account again even after I have closed accounts with them. SIMI VALLEY California

I canceled my account with SMC, and emerchant club last year around the month of January. They stopped taking money out, and now that it is the time of year for them to charge their customer's annual fee's, they have started taking money from my account again. I have disbuted this with my bank, and they said I would have to call the company and disbuted to them. I just want them to give me my money back, and to stop taking money out of my account.
