US Guardian United Consumers is a ripoff, false promises

This company called to offer a credit card with a limit of 4,500.00 for only a one time fee of $199.00 which would be deducted from my checking account.

One month after they debited my account I received a "kit" from them to repair my credit - the CD is unusable - and a catalog full of knives that I could order using their "credit card".

I have been unable to reach them by phone, and my letters have gone unanswered. Has anyone else been contacted by these scumbags?
