Sent them 20 bucks in cash still have not got my ine million nine hundred thousand dollars ripoff

Got a letter saying i won one million nine hundred thousand dollars if i send 20 dollars. So i did and still have not got any money or check from them. A few months latter i got the same letter saying the same thing wanting 20 more dollars. I still have the letter now and this sucks i could have used that money
