I attended IADT in Chicago in 2010 for Fashion Merchandising and Management. Not once during the admission process did they tell me that the school was not accredited, and that other school would not accept their credits. Fortunately I only attended for a year due to sickness, but accumulated $15, 834 in student loan debt. When I returned to another college and tried to transfer my worthless IADT credits, is when I found out about their fraudulent practices. As of late several lawsuits against for-profit schools have made progress, but nothing for IADT students. Something needs to be done ASAP!
