The KHEAA verification process is utterly ridiculous. I have been trying to complete my son's verification since June! Every time I send in something they ask for another piece of evidence. My son has been in college 4 years, yet they required I send his high school diploma to prove he graduated. Then they required he get a notarized statement saying he is who he says he is... Even though, as I said, he's been in college 4 years. Then I had to prove his sister was not in college... The list goes on. Every single time I've used their "email us" tab I get no reply. His email in the main page and the profile page do not match with no way to correct them. I could rant forever. We are now less than 1 week from his entire tuition being due or he will have a freeze on his grades/account. I can't pay $5000+ in one lump sum, especially since we were depending in his student loans. This is the most frustrating thing I've dealt with in his entire college career.
