Susan Cordogan and Big City Bride! The worst! The only reason I am giving this a one star is because there is no option of giving Susan Cordogan and Big City Bride zero stars. We hired Susan Cordogan and Big City Bride for event coordination and Susan Cordogan did absolutely nothing for us. Susan Cordogan fails to keep in touch or provide information when she says she will. Susan Cordogan recommends vendors that are outrageous in price or nowhere near the event location. Susan Cordogan is unorganized and unprofessional. Beware. Susan Cordogan cannot be trusted. Changes her story constantly and is full of lame excuses as to why she does not perform. Worse, Susan Cordogan was flustered, unorganized and very aggressive. I would not use her had I known better. Susan Cordogan has manipulated prices and was unprepared the day of my wedding. We tried parting ways with Susan Cordogan within the first week of working with her, and offered to compensate her for more than what she would reasonably be entitled to in just one week, but Susan Cordogan refused to refund any of our deposit. Horrible experience working with this woman.
