I subscribed to Latin American Cupid which is part of Cupid Media. I had constant problems with translations of Spanish to English which were never resolved. When I finally demanded a refund, it appears my login email was changed by them or hacked. I have tried for 40 days to get a response yet get an automated email telling me my login email is not registered - thus they can not reply.
I have my credit card statement to show the charge of $150 and also my name on the card. It appears they wnt t make it as difficult as possible to pay a refund.
