Colo Construction run by Loyd Johnson or Logan Johnson and Cord Johnson entered into an oil and gas drilling an prospect area agreement in Starr County Texas in 2003 with TriOil and Gas. Oil and gas technical consulting work, mineral lease work, and related services provided to Colo for the drilling of 5 wells were not paid for. Colo owes $36,000 for geotechnical work done and another $100,000 in leases, lease brokerage and other related expenses. Colo Construction did not have leases in its name when drilling the wells nor did Colo have mineral owners and agents paid either.
This is a very unscrupulous Oil and Operator and promoter that should be avoided at all costs.
