Sho pro of indiana, inc. Completed installation of gutter covers on 11/13. The roof and gutters were installed in February by others, and they functioned perfectly.
During the first '08 - #039;09 winter season, a dripping sound was audible coming from the exterior corner of the house at the kitchen (NW
Corner on back of house). SHO PRO was contacted and I was assured service would call me. After several days, SHO PRO was again called and did call back. My wife was home and took the call; instead of asking about the problem, the man quizzed my wife to find out if she had the "authority" to talk about the issue! Never heard from SHO PRO again.
The problems have continued: during the first snow in '08 - #039;09, at that same corner of the house, there were icicles 3 feet long; at this time, February 6, there are 6" icicles on all gutters around the house.
Without the addition of the SHO PRO gutter covers, there were never icicles on the gutters. Hopefully, other homeowners can benefit from my experiences.
