On November 12 Mr. Micheal King the owner of Micheal King Construction Services was suppose to meet me at my house regarding my roofing he was referred to me by a friend so I trusted him that Mr. King was a honest business man on the day of the meeting Mr. King did not show up nor did he call to say that he wasnt coming he sent two men whom introduced themselves as employee's of Mr. King, one of his employee's approached me in a very disrespectful manner by speaking on my apperance in an very unapproapriate sexual manner he spoke more about undressing me then he did my roof and whenever I asked about the roof he would fast talk me and continue to talk about his life stories however the insurance adjuster was there so Rodney one of the employeer's went out and talk to the adjuster when he came back in he said ok I need you to tell him that we are going to do your work because if you dont he want give you the full amount of check so when the adjuster came in he asked me and I did like I was told to do after the adjuster cut the check and explained the breakdown Mr Rodney had me sign the check over to them while Mr. Anderson was till present which gave me the impression that I didnt hae a choice but to do it since I did just tell the adjuster they were going to do the work I didnt want to be caught up in any fraud after the adjuster left Rodney them left and then I called right not even 2 mins after him leaving my house asking for my check he said I had to call Mr. Mike which I did he said that he had already deposited the check which I knew wasnt true because they had just left my house so he use the excuse that he had bought the materials already and couldnt get the money back so I tried to cancel the check but being that Mr. Rodney had made me give the adjuster a verbal agreement about them doing my work I was tied up in the agreement and the check couldnt be canceled they had 4,028.29 of my money and I didnt have any control over what went where nor had I been told how much they were going to charge me they just took my whole check and ran with it Mr. King was aware of everything that had happen and all he did was apologize and tell me that the material had been paid and regardless of how I felt I had to use there services and he said that I would be receivng 750 dollars back when the work was completed I this was told so that I could calm down about him taking my money, I had been told by his co owner that he had not bought the material at the time I had told him I didnt want them to do my work so he just forced his services on me then my roof turned out awful his workers left trash in my yard and left tape hanging from the roof they also stapled and nailed down the shingles which cause the shingles to swell up so they were sticking up off the roof Mr. King came over there twice to fix the problem and then made the excuse that it was from how the house was built and that hopefully it they would settled within a couple of weeks I had to run Mr. King down for one to get him to come over and try to fix the problem and my mother also called him and he finally called back after legal threats were given my shed had not been completed either because I had asked them not to do my shed due to the body of the shed being bad but he bought the material anyways but didnt do the shed because he said the material was short and he left whatever material was left outside my house after a week of it sitting there and having heard from Mr. King I called him serveral times and left voice and text messages and he wouldnt return my calls I then called him from another phone and was able to talk to him he lied to me and said that he was waiting on the adjuster and after a week of waiting to hear something from him I tried again to contact to him and once again he fail to answer or call me back so I contacted the adjuster who inform me that Mr. King was lying that he had not sent in the shortage so I threaten Mr. King with the legal actions again and he called me back and he said that he lied because he didnt know how to tell me that I wasnt recieving the 750 dollars that he promised me nor could he send in the shortage for my shed because that would be considered fraud he said this is what the adjuster had told him so now i'm out of 4,028.29 and my shed isnt done he has been paid in full to complete my roof and my shed and he has fail to do so and has been dodging my calls the adjuster said all they are waiting on is him to resumit the measurments of shortage and they can do their part but Mr. Kind had failed to do so, I then threating Mr. King with a long message regarding how tired I was about dealing with it and how I was just going to pursue legal action because I wasnt going to chase him down to make him complete his job and then he called and then wanted to fax over what was needed and since then I still havent heard from him nor has my house been completed he has turned out to be and dishonest deceitful business man.
