Complaint / review text:
Kirby vacuum sales people are very persuasive and pushy. Once you let them in it is almost impossible to get them out. Do not go for the okey dokey. The vacuum is not worth it. It is heavy, cumbersome and does not pick up any better than lower priced vacuums. The sales people will quote one price and then charge you another with outrageous interest. You will be stuck with a $2000 bill for a vacuum only worth $50. The belt is difficult to put on the attachments are even more difficult to use. Kirby vacuums are a scam, do not but them, do not let the sales people trick you, they are not worth it. Do not feel obligated to listen to the scamming sales people, do not feel sorry for them, tell them to get away from your door. What if you decide that you really don't want the vacuum once you sign the contract you only have a few days to change your mind—don't sign any contract. The companies that they use to finance the vacuum hire beligerent, hostile, relentless, angry criminal sounding agents to collect payments who will call you repeatedly threatening, insulting about a vacuum that doesn't work. Keep kirby sales people out of your house. If you want to pay an outrageous amount for a vacuum go to target and buy a dyson.
