This catalog company advertises for products they do not have in stock. On two occasions I have placed an order from their catalog and never received the items. The first time I was told the item was back ordered for some ridiculous amount of time (approx. 6 months) I took this at face value and just cancelled the order chalking it up to a "one time deal".
I placed another order two months ago for bedding and was told it was in stock and would be delivered within 30 days. Every few weeks I was told it was delivered to "quality control" and then would be delivered. I kept being patient to see what would happen. I just received and email this week informing me that it was again delayed another 30 days... However no explanation. The item is still being advertised in thier most current Spring 2008 issue and even ON SALE NOW!!!
I cancelled the order and yesterday and I called to ask why it was being advertised still if they can't fulfill the order and was told by the CS Rep that the catalogs are printed 6 months in advance so they can't control the content that is in there and what they actually have. Uhhhh isn't that false advertising??? Do not shop with this rip off company!!!
