House of Gutters and Downspouts owned by Manuel Romero was hired to install gutters on my two story home on the intracoastal. Upon installation they failed to install diverters as quoted so the tech took it upon himself to bend my copper flashing up in 2 areas to create diverters damaging my home. Took 5 weeks to finally get someone out to intall diverters after no showing me 5 times and not responding to requests for assistance. Downspout was installed to drain on deck when it was supposed to drain into the yard causing water damage and pavers set in sand to move and ruin pool deck. Within less then two months the second story gutter came unattached to my home and as rain occurred it ended up slowly sagging and eventually crashed pulling a 30 foot secton down hanging within a foot of my pool deck blowing in the wind for 6 weeks damaging the house. The company no showed time after time, owner refused to take calls, nobody returned calls, legal letter sent were ignored and request after request has gone unanswered. Then they show up and cut the gutter down leaving me half a gutter with a jagged edge where the rain now goes and pours onto my deck causing my brick pavers laid in sand to move again... Over $2000 damage to my home at this point. Today I am forced to spend money and sue the company but I want to make sure everyone knows how they practice business. They just had a news investigation story aired on them for many other unhappy customers. They are a sham.
