Do not take your car to this people except maybe for a tire change. I took my car there for a tune up with no mechanical issue They charged me $500 for a tune up transmission flush and a break check. After about 4 hours I got my car back and before I got to my house 4 blocs away the traction control and the electric throttle light kick in., I made a u-turn went back to firestone and the guy who was working on my car told me that it was ok he explained to me that "the light is on because he cleaned the engine and the light will go off after one or 2 days of driving". I drove an entire week and the light was still there. I went back there tree times for that same issue. Every time they will plug a little computer on my car let it run for a min cut the engine of my car off and cut it back on and told me that the issue was fix (when you do that the light goes away until you start driving again) and the last time they kept my car for almost an entire day just to tell me that they couldn't fix whatever was causing the fault and that they had nothing to do with that malfunction (even thought it happened after they have worked on my car) and that I should take my car to a dealership. I did that today and it took less than one hour to the dealership to find the issue and to correct it and guess what they told me that firestone created that issue and they did paid for the repair. So I'm thinking if a big company like firestone created a malfunction on a car and it's not able to identify what they did wrong or how to fix a relatively simple fault they shouldn't be in business. This company SUCKS THEY DON'T KNOW A THING ABOUT VEHICLE don't make the same mistake I did and end up in my situation
