On 24 June I gave Larry Couch a check for $6500 for pavers to pave my walkways and pool deck. He informed me that it took 6 to 8 weeks for the pavers to be delivered and the installation of them completed. The work should have been completed in August. It is now 8 Nov. 2004 and the work has not been done and the pavers have not been delivered.
I've called him numerous times for the last two months. Most of my calls have not been returned. When I do get to talk to him he tells me the pavers will arrive in a couple of days or that they have arrived and he will do the installation in a couple of days.
These promises have been going on for more than six weeks now. Last week I told him that if the work was not underway in a couple of days I would report him to the BBB and other agencies. He told me that the work will begin today 8 Nov. 2004. I haven't seen him yet. I've asked him for the work to be completed or my money returned several times with no result.
