Geek Squad no genius

I had a problem with what I thought a virus. I have both Mac and PC. Your salesman sold me "FixME STICK" and Webroot. I had difficulty installing the webfoot and was at the store 3 x in one day. Your Geek refused to take it back quoting that it is store policy not to take back opened software. I had to throw a tantrum to get a manager who reluctantly gave me another copy. YOUR policy clearly states opened computer software, movies, music or video games can be exchanged for an identical item. May I ask why it was not exchanged immediately?
Then - I asked about the software still running on my home PC. WHAT IF it poses a problem? I was told sorry but we do not sell that item here. The very item for which I had box and receipt with me purchased earlier at your store. Your Geek firmly insisted that it is NOT sold in your store. I had the box with your price stamp also the receipt from that very day. THEN HE WANTS to know who sold it to me? I am supposed to walk through your store and identify the salesperson I had dealt with earlier? What is going on? Are people selling stuff they get off of trucks or out of their pockets in cahoots with the cashier or do you just have the dumbest Geek Squad ever?
Now I presently have a bill of $105.98 cents on my credit card for 2 items. I am not going to come back to argue with anyone. My computer crashed from the one item and neither fixed my problems. I called and was told to bring my computers in for repairs for which I will be charged yet not get money back for items already purchased. Obviously this is beyond the intellect of your geeks. I need a genius. I have no intention of paying for items that were purchased to repair my computer and failed to do so. A dispute has been fled with my credit card. If you wish I will bring back the opened items for you to return to the vendor and apologize.
I sent this to customer support. I got a letter of apology and was told I could go to the store and exchange the Fixmestick. I was told I would be reimbursed for Webroot.
The store told me that they could not do it.
