We bought a Dell laptop computer in August which included a Dell gift card. With the gift card, we purchased another battery which was suppose to be compatible with the laptop but was not. The battery was returned but the gift card continued to show $0 balance. We called customer service and "communicated" with someone who could barely speak/understand English. Supposedly, the amount was returned to the gift card, however the card continued to show a $0 balance. After finally talking with a supervisor, we were told that the gift card has since expired and are out of luck. What a scam!
