After I was along in Lompoc, Ca I purchased some apparel at Rossis and after receiving home that will be in Northern Ca. I observed the freezer about the trousers were shattered plus one of the covers was within the wrong size. Additionally, among the tops I purchased shredded through out the substance. It should of been early substance or been cooking within the sunlight to finish up the way in which it did after one cleaning about the fine period! And so I take-all three products using the bills & prices towards the San Leandro Shop to come back or traded them-and what a terrible encounter I'd! The purchase woman looked over the very first top and stated, no she screamed at me stating jerk METHOD THAT IS FILTHY, she kept saying it and directing to it and said no-return for this 1. I purchased the way in which it had been, I'd not used it since it was to little but she'dnot pay attention to me. After I got out the shirt that search shredded she again shouts at me that she'll not return it since I cleaned it. I informed her that's what occurred after I cleaned it and it was a faulty to start with but she said No, NO, NO she's not likely to return it. It had been uncomfortable how she was behaving towards me. Then when I give her the trousers she instantly shouts no method and began fighting with me after which simply put anything back at me stating she'll not return something of course if I've an issue move she the supervisor. I'm hot at this time and review towards the asst. Supervisor and began to clarify what only occurred once the additional purchase woman pops up behind me yelling that it had been filthy and on and on. Everybody within the shop was viewing this loud-mouth also it really was an extremely poor unsettling experience. But to create things worse the asst. Supervisor said she wasn't likely to return something either. Her cause was my bills were to aged however they aren't actually thirty days however. Her title is Danielle and he or she believed it had been humorous that she wasn't likely to provide me a return/trade. Both these women have to be educated on the best way to handle a person, it's difficult to genuinely believe that one can be an asst. Supervisor just how she managed the problem. Before I quit the shop I required her supervisors title along with a quantity and so I may contact him to obtain this solved within an ideal method. Their title is Mike Zuber and that I wish he understands exactly what the meaning of customer support is and ideally if he does he'll educate another 2 really questioned and new workers! I'll never store there again with how they appear to reckless about their clients may display once they get broke within this unstable economy!!! Karma Child!
